Jenny Bristow, one of Ireland’s best chefs, has been a good friend of Alwood for a number of years. It was to them she turned when looking to create a kitchen for her Masterclasses, a series of innovative cookery events touring Ireland.

Jenny, also Ireland’s Good Food Ambassador, deals with different topics in her Masterclasses – ranging from organic produce, seasonal cooking and the environment to science and education.
