Whilton Walnut [formerly Rathfarnham with Zodiaq]

Roll over to enlarge

As an architect, Paul had a very clear of what he wanted for his kitchen. He knew where he wanted to go with the design and what colour combinations would work in the space. The classic design is achieved with details like the framed doors, wood panelling and the Victorian style tiled splashback. Ingeniously, the larders and fridge-freezer are integrated into the actual walls of the house. The two main colour tones of cream and blue marry together and the kitchen is finished off beautifully with a Zodiaq worktop. It’s a supremely functional kitchen, too, with integrated fridge by Liebherr, dishwasher and microwave by Neff and a ISE waste disposal unit.
